About Us

TMU was set up by Oxford graduates - University Lecturers with over 20 years experience in education around the world - and parents! We started TMU because, as parents, we wanted more for our children. We wanted classes that did not assume children could not handle 'complex' or 'big ideas'. We wanted classes that did not speak down to our children or treat them as a number. As educators we dreamt of all that education could be. So we set up TMU.

We have carefully found a team of amazing Scholars, each of whom is a unique expert in their field. Many are former teachers. All have at least a Masters degree. All are DBS checked. All are brilliant, creative, funny, and caring. We trust our own children's education to these Scholars. We know they are excellent.
